Terms and Conditions for Translations:

1. 1 line = 50 typewriter characters * (excluding spaces). Any line started is counted as a full line.
2. Shipping costs are borne by the client.
3. The invoice amount is payable immediately upon completion of the assignment to the account mentioned below.
4. The client assumes the shipping risk.
5. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Hamburg.

Terms and Conditions for Interpreting Services:

1. Interpreting Services: Any hour started is billed as a full hour. For travel to and from the assignment, the JVEG is used as the basis, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Failure to Perform: If an interpreter fails to meet a scheduled assignment due to force majeure, dm - L I N G U A is entitled either to withdraw from the contract or to demand an extension. In all cases, claims for damages are excluded.
3. The invoice amount is payable in advance, prior to the start of the assignment.
4. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Hamburg.

Our instructors, who teach their native language, are qualified and experienced. You can arrange a free and non-binding consultation with us at any time. To help you achieve your goals efficiently and quickly, we create an individualized curriculum for each group. All participants in the group have a comparable level of knowledge.

Our language offerings primarily include English, Spanish, Russian, and Arabic, but also all languages of the EU, Eastern Europe, the CIS (formerly the USSR), as well as Persian (Farsi), Pashto, Dari, Chinese, Japanese, and many others. We offer both in-person and online courses.
